1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using d9d — whether through the website at d9d.pro, the d9d mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and d9d. They apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who places bets or uses any feature of the platform. Using d9d after any update to these Terms means you accept the updated version.

2 Eligibility

To use d9d, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines.
• You are accessing d9d for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of d9d.
• You have not previously had a d9d account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on d9d. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using other methods to circumvent this rule — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You will be required to verify your mobile number via OTP during registration.

Before withdrawals can be processed, full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required. This involves submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine ID — such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID. KYC documents must be authentic and in your own name. d9d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password, PIN, or OTP with any other person. d9d staff will never ask you for your password or OTP via any communication channel.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on d9d are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted for deposits or used for withdrawals.

Deposits: Funds may be added to your d9d account via Philippine bank transfer or supported local payment channels. d9d does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed within your account at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or to a registered local e-wallet in your own verified name. Withdrawals will not be sent to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The processing time for withdrawals depends on your verification status and the payment channel used — verified accounts generally receive faster processing.

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests must match the name on your verified account.
• d9d reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds that are the subject of an ongoing investigation may be held pending resolution.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on d9d are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport being wagered on, in addition to these general Terms. Specific rules for each betting market — including settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and live betting terms — are available within the betting section of your account.

• A bet is confirmed only when it is accepted and recorded by the d9d system. Bets that are not yet confirmed are not binding.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet — subject to palpable error provisions below.
• d9d reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors), including prices that are significantly out of line with the market at the time the bet was placed.
• Bets on events that are postponed, cancelled, or abandoned may be voided in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as applied by d9d.
• d9d does not guarantee the availability of any particular betting market or event at any given time.

Sports betting on d9d covers events including PBA basketball, NBA, international football, boxing, volleyball, esports, and other sports. The availability of markets for specific events is subject to change without prior notice.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on d9d. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through known exploits are subject to reversal.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to use d9d for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent account restrictions or take advantage of any offer more than once.
• Allowing another person to use your d9d account, or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider betting.

7 Responsible Gaming

d9d is committed to responsible gaming. Online gaming is entertainment and involves real financial risk. d9d does not promise guaranteed winnings, and no betting strategy or game system eliminates the risk of financial loss.

The following tools are available to all d9d account holders in their account settings:

• Deposit and spend limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you add to your account.
• Session time reminders — set alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily restrict your account for a set period.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently close your account if you feel gaming is becoming a problem.

8 Privacy and Data

By registering for d9d, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you should not create an account.

9 Limitation of Liability

d9d provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occasionally affect access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d9d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical failures, outages, or delays outside our direct control.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content, odds feeds, or game results provided by external suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

d9d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• An ongoing investigation requires the account to be restricted pending resolution.

If your account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be subject to forfeiture depending on the nature and severity of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach on your part, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.

11 Changes to These Terms

d9d may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users through the platform or by email where the changes are significant.

Your continued use of d9d after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.
